Visited this casual yet modern Vietnamese restaurant at Novena with Joanne last week after hearing so many good reviews of it. The menu features a wide range of comforting home style Vietnamese delights inspired by the street food of Vietnam with an emphasis on the modern usage of fresh ingredients and strong flavours. We ordered the northern Vietnamese beef salad ($12), crab spring rolls ($8), Australian beef pho ($14) and a sauteed lemongrass pork banh mi ($7) to share. Love how generous they are with the beef slices in both the salad and pho (the picture doesn't do them justice)! I always love banh mi when it comes to Vietnamese food, and their banh mi is really good especially their handmade crispy bread! Cheers to another place to fix our pho and banh mi craving!
