Pince & Pints

I have finally tried Pince & Pints after so long! Decided to have our advance birthday dinner there (perfect reason to splurge because it's our birthday! XD) and we queued for about half an hour for the seats, I was expecting at least an hour waiting or so. There are only 3 items on the menu at one price ($48) which make ordering pretty easy, lobster, lobster and lobster lol! The lobsters are imported directly from Boston, Maine & Canada and a whole lobster is used in each dish! We ordered a live whole lobster, you can choose from either grilled and steamed and we opted for the grilled version! And of course we have to order the highly raved lobster roll, wanted to try the chilli lobster but there was only 2 of us so next time maybe!

Both the items we ordered was served with mesclun salad and straight cut fries but with different sauces. The grilled lobster comes with the herbed butter sauce while the lobster roll comes with garlic aioli. The lobster was so fresh and goes very well with the sinful butter sauce, just can't stop dipping the fries into the sauce as well, but i prefer shoestring fries though..lol! Ok, the lobster roll is the bomb! A must order if you visiting this place! Crispy and fluffy buttery bread roll stuffed with huge chunks of lobster, the servings were really generous~ The roll itself is already extremely delicious and with the succulent and fresh lobster meat, every bite was just so satisfying. Missing the lobster roll already, would really love to be back if not for the wait and price..haha!
